Detalles de la posición Puesto: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Ubicación: Madrid – 100% presencial en oficinas del cliente (requisito imprescindible) Disponibilidad: Corto / medio plazo Idiomas: Español fluido (imprescindible) Inglés técnico fluido para comunicación con el fabricante (ServiceNow) Resumen del perfil Buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a Técnico/a Certificado/a por ServiceNow (CTA) con sólida experiencia en la plataforma y un historial demostrable de implementaciones complejas en grandes clientes .El rol requiere liderazgo técnico, capacidad de interlocución con distintas áreas de negocio y proveedores, y responsabilidad directa sobre la integridad, buenas prácticas y evolución tecnológica de la plataforma ServiceNow de ACCIONA. La presencia física en Madrid es no negociable . Responsabilidades principales Estrategia y Gobernanza Definir la estrategia de evolución tecnológica de la plataforma global. Establecer y liderar la Gestión de Tareas Transversales (CoEI). Garantizar una arquitectura clara, gestión centralizada de datos core y estándares de desarrollo. Interlocución y Liderazgo Actuar como punto de contacto técnico principal con áreas de ACCIONA y proveedores. Guiar y supervisar a los equipos técnicos internos. Análisis y Toma de Decisiones Revisión de requisitos y evaluación del impacto de nuevas demandas. Apoyo en la toma de decisiones para mantener la calidad e integridad del entorno. Gestión de Plataforma Gobierno y administración de la plataforma. Configuración y gestión de MD Servers, upgrades, seguridad e integraciones. Monitorización de rendimiento y gestión de releases e instancias. Soporte y Resolución Seguimiento de casos con el fabricante mediante Now Support. Resolución de retos técnicos complejos. Automatización e Innovación Impulsar la automatización global de la plataforma. Fomentar la innovación continua. Requisitos técnicos imprescindibles Certificación: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) activa. Módulos ServiceNow: Experiencia sólida en al menos:ITSM, SPM, Legal Service Delivery, ITOM, SECOPS, GRC y WSD. Plataforma: Conocimiento profundo de capacidades, novedades y mejores prácticas. Gobierno y Administración: Gestión de instancias, upgrades, seguridad, integraciones (REST/SOAP, MID Server) y performance. Habilidades blandas: Liderazgo, comunicación clara, gestión de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, organización y orientación al cliente interno. #J-18808-Ljbffr
