Buscamos incorporar un/a Arquitecto Técnico ServiceNow (CTA) para liderar la arquitectura, gobierno y evolución tecnológica de la plataforma ServiceNow en un entorno corporativo global y de alta complejidad. Requisito no negociable: trabajo presencial en Madrid. ¿Cuál será tu rol? Definir la estrategia global de evolución de ServiceNow. Liderar el gobierno de la plataforma (CoEI) y los estándares de arquitectura. Ser el referente técnico frente a negocio, IT y proveedores. Supervisar la gestión de instancias, upgrades, seguridad, integraciones y releases. Trabajar con Now Support en la resolución de retos técnicos complejos. Impulsar la automatización y la innovación continua en la plataforma. ️ Requisitos imprescindibles Certificación activa: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Experiencia en grandes implementaciones ServiceNow Conocimiento avanzado de módulos como: ITSM | ITOM | SPM | GRC | SECOPS | Legal Service Delivery | WSD Experiencia en gobierno de plataforma, integraciones (REST/SOAP, MID Server), seguridad y performance Capacidad de liderazgo y comunicación con negocio #J-18808-Ljbffr
