Funciones y responsabilidades Dise f1ar y trazar la estrategia de Customer Marketing en colaboraci f3n con el Responsable de Marketing. Establecer objetivos principales con el Gerente de Marketing y hacer seguimiento de resultados. Definir un Plan de Marketing de Clientes con acciones espec edficas y en plazos convenientes. Trabajar en coordinaci f3n con los departamentos de Ventas, CX, Marketing y Marketing Digital. Reportar per edodicamente KPIs y m e9tricas, actualizando informaci f3n y analizando desviaciones. Crear y gestionar campañas de e-mail marketing relacionadas con los clientes. Interactuar con stakeholders externos para diferentes prop f3sitos. Liderar la creaci f3n de Notas de Prensa, Casos de Clientes y testimonios en formatos escritos y audiovisuales. Planificar, organizar y ejecutar eventos centrados en los clientes, como Impact Awards y webinars. #J-18808-Ljbffr
