Through AXA DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, focusing on risk prediction, prevention, and management.AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients. The platform will create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.AXA DCP aims to:Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA GroupCreate a platform for risk management and prevention servicesBuild an ecosystem of business partnersAs Client and Distribution lead for Europe and APAC for AXA Digital Commercial Platform, your primary role will be to:Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and distribution partners in your region.Lead and coordinate activities related to the commercialization of AXA DCP services, ensuring that customer needs are met and distribution objectives are achieved.Work closely with AXA DCP, AXA XL, and AXA GIs teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and to develop effective distribution strategies.Be responsible for the revenues generated in the Europe and APAC scope as part of AXA DCP’s strategic plan over the next years.Manage the teams dedicated to the region, aiming at achieving growth and profitability targets.Be an ambassador for AXA DCP in the region, representing the company at events and contributing to the development of the company's overall strategy.What will your essential responsibilities include?For your Region, you will actively participate in setting and developing a customer and distribution strategy to reach AXA DCP targets:Promote AXA DCP services to:Internal Users, both AXA XL and AXA GIs for all relevant professional families (Underwriters, Claims Handlers, Client functions, Pricing actuaries…)External users, in coordination with Internal Client facing teamsEnsure strong internal and external adoption and usage of our AXA DCP services generating revenues following AXA DCP’s strategic objectives.Coordinate with other AXA DCP Client & Distribution functions to ensure adequate marketing support and smooth client onboarding.In coordination with the Chief Client & Distribution Officer and entities (AXA XL and GIs), propose, frame, and roll out a distribution strategy:Leverage existing internal AXA distribution networks to distribute AXA DCP services and roll out this model in your region.Define brokers distribution models that fit your Markets, client segments, and digital services maturity, and roll out these models in your region.You will report to the Chief Client & Distribution Officer, AXA Digital Commercial Platform.We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Result and delivery drivenClient focusStart-up mindset / team playerDrive and courage to take initiative and challenge ambiguityWillingness to serve the overall objective of enterprise-wide consistency above any local goalsCapabilitiesAbility to inspire and create confidence and trustAbility to understand client needs and translate and prioritize needsAbility to create, grow, and leverage a professional networkExperiencesSuccessful client-facing, sales, and distribution experience is a must-haveExperience in sales and distribution of digital solutions in B2B is a must-haveSuccessful collaboration with AXA Group and entities is a plusPrevious experience in the startup field is welcomeFIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
