Thanks to its innovative product, highly reactive 24/7 customer support and clear pricing, Qonto has become the leader in its market.Join our team as a Customer Success Manager for Regate by Qonto, to empower and expand our client base in Spain, focusing on accounting experts and SMEs with 50+ employees.As a Customer Success Manager for Regate by Qonto, you will:Onboard and fully train new clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.Serve as the main point of contact for operational support, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.Recognize and capitalize on upselling opportunities, enhancing client engagement and product utilization.Customize and enhance operational processes to fit the unique needs of the Spanish market.Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and optimize client satisfaction.About You:Experience: you have at least 3 years of experience in total in a customer-oriented role, preferably as a Key Account Manager/Customer Success and/or Customer Care.Customer-centric: you know how to anticipate clients’ needs to offer outstanding onboarding, bring relevant solutions, and build long-term relationships with your clients.Business-oriented: with a knack for identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Problem-solving skills: You are a problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions to challenges.Languages: You are bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English; French is a plus.Mastery: You are familiar with SaaS tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Notion).Perks:Offices in Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, and Belgrade;Tailor-made remote work policy depending on the job you apply for and where you live;Competitive salary package;A meal voucher;Public transportation reimbursement (part or global);A great health insurance (depending on the country);Employee well-being initiatives: access to Moka Care to take care of your mental health and great offers for sports and wellness activities;A progressive disability and parenthood policy (1 in 6 of Qonto employees is a parent) and childcare benefits with selected partners;Monthly team events.Our hiring process:Interviews with your Talent Acquisition Manager and future managers.A remote exercise to demonstrate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Qonto could be like.We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
