Social network you want to login/join with:We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team.You will be a key member of our Finance and Administration team, responsible for analyzing the company's financial information to ensure high levels of solvency, stability, and liquidity. Your role will include guiding company decision-making, preparing reports, and monitoring financial actions. You will report to our Financial Director and have the following responsibilities:Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget, forecasts, and periodic reviews.Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring consistency with accounting and management reports, and identifying potential risks.Optimize management information systems.Consolidate company analytics for coordination.Make recommendations to reduce costs.Develop procedures and best practices.Compare past performance with future plans.Identify trends and communicate them to the Financial Director.Assist the Financial Director in decision-making and strategy design.Initiate financial development projects.Supervise and coordinate budget control processes.Why should you work with us?Be part of an experienced and dynamic team within a growing Contract Research Organization.Enjoy challenges and autonomy with opportunities to learn and grow.We are a gender-conscious company.Social benefits platform available for employees.Flexible check-in and check-out times.Our headquarters are located at the foot of Collserola Park, the green lung of Barcelona.Experience with finance software such as SAP, NET SUIT, SAGE, etc.Experience in statistical analysis.Knowledge of financial diagnosis, business finance, and information analysis.High proficiency in English.Experience in implementing policies to harmonize procedures across subsidiaries.Skills:Excellent communication skills.Analytical thinking.Planning and organizational skills.Goal-oriented mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
