FuncionesResponsabilidad integral sobre la gestión y operación de la unidad de negocio de drones agrícolas, siendo responsable de los resultados del negocio (ingresos, rentabilidad y calidad de entrega). Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de desarrollo del negocio, coordinando los recursos de ventas, cadena de suministro, gestión de pedidos y servicio posventa para garantizar una operación eficiente de los proyectos. Liderar y gestionar un equipo de negocio de tamaño reducido, estableciendo claramente las funciones y objetivos para mejorar la capacidad de ejecución y la colaboración interna. Supervisar el progreso del negocio y los indicadores clave, identificar riesgos de forma proactiva y ajustar la estrategia para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos. Gestionar y mantener relaciones con clientes clave, liderando negociaciones y la resolución de asuntos críticos para mejorar de forma continua la satisfacción del cliente. Establecer y optimizar los procesos de negocio y los estándares de gestión, aumentando la transparencia, la escalabilidad y la replicabilidad de las operaciones. RequisitosTitulación universitaria o superior, preferentemente en Administración, Comercio Internacional, Electrónica o áreas afines. Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión operativa de negocio, con experiencia en liderazgo de pequeños equipos o como responsable de proyectos/unidad de negocio. Sólidas capacidades de planificación empresarial, integración de recursos y orientación a resultados, con responsabilidad sobre los indicadores de desempeño. Dominio de Excel, PowerPoint y herramientas de gestión de proyectos, con capacidad de análisis de datos y revisión de resultados. xugodme Dominio del español y del chino; nivel de inglés suficiente para la comunicación profesional básica. 岗位职责全面负责农业无人机业务单元的经营管理,对业务结果(营收、利润、交付质量)负责。 制定并推动业务发展策略,统筹销售、供应链、订单及售后等资源,确保项目高效运转。 管理并带领小型业务团队,明确分工与目标,提升团队执行力与协同效率。 监控业务进度与关键指标,及时识别风险并调整策略,确保业务目标达成。 负责重点客户关系维护,主导关键问题谈判与解决,持续提升客户满意度。 建立并优化业务流程与管理规范,提升业透明度与可复制性。 任职要求本科及以上学历,管理、国际贸易、电子或相关专业优先。 3 年以上业务操盘经验,具备小团队业务管理或项目负责人经验。 具备优秀的业务规划、资源整合与结果导向能力,能够对经营指标负责。 熟练使用 Excel、PPT 及项目管理工具,具备数据分析与业务复盘能力。 西班牙语与中文熟练,英语可作为工作语言进行基本沟通。 工作地点:Plaza de Castilla附近 工作时间:周一至周五9:00-17:30,午休1h。 全职现场办公 我们提供: 具有竞争力的薪资与福利体系 接触前沿的国际化技术 融入充满活力、跨文化的优秀团队 享有广阔的职业发展空间与成长机会
