Due to the expansion of our activities, BYD Spain is looking for a Logistics Specialist to work in the Vehicle Logistics department.The Vehicle Logistics department takes care of the inbound of all the vehicles imported in Spain and other countries in Europe and also the distribution of those vehicles in Spain. It is responsible for exploring the most suitable solutions for all logistics issues in the automotive division.As a Senior Logistics Specialist you will:Deal with logistics claims and control logistics costs.Arrange commercial documents (invoices, etc.) to be delivered to and handled by the related parties.Operate within different systems used for the whole process control of cargo movement or finance control, such as CRM, ERP, or SAP systems.Arrange transport (trucking, shipping, or both) by selecting the most suitable suppliers and methods.Maintain and update data daily with and without systems (e.g., Excel).Contact local logistics service partners daily to follow up on the real-time status of shipments/transportations.We hope you have:A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade or related fields.Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; fluency in Chinese is a plus.Familiarity with international logistics policies and regulations, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; clear thinking, excellent execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.We offer:A job in a fast-growing company and industry that represents sustainable technology.Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration, commuting allowance.Team building events and employee learning opportunities.About BYD GroupEstablished in February 1995, BYD Group is a leading multi-sector high-tech company focused on innovation and development in automobile, rail transit, renewable energy, and electronics.Committed to fulfilling a better life through technological innovations, BYD Group leverages a powerful network of over 40 subsidiaries and 700,000 employees worldwide in over 400 cities across 79 countries, actively driving the implementation of comprehensive zero-emission and emission reduction solutions.
