The OpportunityLocation: Barcelona1 year contractIn the lifestyle HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager for Victorio & Lucchino fragrances. The graduate will be in charge of assisting the team on the development of the future marketing plans for the brand.It’s a very active and dynamic brand, with continuous challenges and new projects, present in different markets with different realities.What you'll get to doSupport the team during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee a successful launch along with internal teams (such as digital and POS):Participate in ideating concepts for new launches (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design, etc.)Create Marketing presentations for business meetings.Elaborate briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams.Provide operational support to guarantee deadlines and project planning.Contact with countries, support in tools brand-market (brand books, CPS)Follow up on projects in terms of costs, profitability, quantities, etc.Focus on the creation of PR contents for new projects.We'd love to meet you if you haveMandatory for this type of contract: maximum 3 years after graduationExperience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice)Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing, Communication, or Design.Languages: Spanish and English mandatorySkills:Creative profile with sensitivity to the Fashion and beauty industry.Very organized and methodical person who can handle a high multitasking position.Good at project management, offering an analytic, flexible, and reactive view, result-oriented.Strong team spirit with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative, and welcoming work cultureA range of learning and development opportunitiesAn international company with plenty of opportunities to growA competitive compensation & benefits package
