Descrizione aziendaEurospin è un’azienda italiana della grande distribuzione organizzata che nasce nel 1993 ed è leader di mercato con oltre 1300 punti vendita in Italia, Slovenia, Croazia e Malta.Il Gruppo Eurospin ha avuto una forte crescita negli anni sviluppando un fatturato superiore ai 10 miliardi di euro, con oltre 13 milioni di clienti e un capitale umano di oltre 24.000 persone inserite all’interno dell’organizzazione.Il Gruppo Eurospin favorisce la crescita personale e professionale sviluppando il potenziale e le aspirazioni dei suoi collaboratori.PosizioneEurospin Italia S.p.A. ricerca un / a Communication Specialist da inserire all’interno dell’Ufficio Risorse Umane della Holding del Gruppo Eurospin.La figura entrerà all’interno del team HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, con l’obiettivo di gestire l’attività di comunicazione dell’azienda in quanto Employer, attraverso la progettazione e l’implementazione di campagne e contenuti che favoriscano attraction ed engagement.Nel dettaglio, si occuperà di :Trasformare idee e concept in campagne creative e contenuti concreti;Coordinare campagne e progetti, assicurando coerenza, qualità e impatto in ogni fase;Gestire la produzione di materiali (video, grafiche, testi, shooting), collaborando con l’Ufficio Marketing e con i fornitori esterni;Pianificare la media strategy, scegliendo i canali più adatti agli obiettivi aziendali;Mantenere e far crescere i progetti di employer branding già attivi, per garantire sempre alta la qualità e la performance;Analizzare i risultati, trasformandoli in insight utili per migliorare continuamente le attività.RequisitiLaurea in Comunicazione o affini;Esperienza di circa 2 anni nel ruolo di Communication Specialist in agenzia di comunicazione;Gestione di progetti di comunicazione Employer per aziende;Inglese B2.Completano il profilo :Organizzazione e pianificazione : capacità di strutturare il lavoro, definire priorità e rispettare le scadenze, con uno sguardo sempre rivolto all’obiettivo. È la base per dare forma e coerenza a progetti complessi, intrecciando informazioni, persone e tempi tra uffici interni e partner esterni.Collaborazione : costruire relazioni autentiche e collaborare in armonia con team diversi. Valorizzare il contributo di ciascuno, ascoltare punti di vista differenti e creare connessioni è parte del cuore di questo ruolo.Apertura all’apprendimento : curiosità viva e desiderio costante di crescere.
