El estudio responsable es Glovo y la posición está orientada a optimizar y crear Assets para canales de Performance Marketing y TV. El estudio Glovo busca incorporar un Motion Designer para su equipo regional de Brand Design, centrado en la creación, optimización y adaptación de Assets creativos para campañas de Performance Marketing y TV. La colaboración será directa con equipos de comunicación, marketing digital y equipos locales, contribuyendo principalmente al crecimiento y adquisición de usuarios. Se valorará la capacidad de iterar y adaptar creatividades destacadas, optimizando su despliegue en múltiples canales y proponiendo nuevos Assets audiovisuales orientados a resultados. El puesto requiere dominio de motion principles, experiencia en la optimización creativa y gestión de tiempos bajo presión. Responsabilidades principales Asegurar la consistencia de marca en todas las campañas de adquisición y canales. Colaborar con stakeholders para ofrecer soluciones escalables en Motion Graphics y optimizar recursos creativos. Priorizar la optimización frente a la generación constante, buscando eficiencias y automatizaciones. Proponer nuevos vídeos y plantillas audiovisuales en base a benchmarking y datos. Ejecutar campañas enfocadas en mercados específicos con capacidad de innovación local. Requisitos y perfil requerido Más de 4 años de experiencia en roles similares. Portfolio con ejemplos de trabajos en ambientes agencia, start-up o ritmo acelerado. Dominio de After Effects, buen nivel en Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop y herramientas de IA aplicadas a imagen, vídeo y VO. Capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y benchmarking. Gestión de múltiples proyectos y cumplimiento de plazos ajustados.Actitud proactiva, inclusiva y orientación a cliente interno. Ventajas y beneficios Plan de equity atractivo.
