Dynatrace Tech Lead – Barcelona AXA Group Operations Overview The Dynatrace Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the technical capabilities align with the product vision, customer needs, and market trends. Responsibilities Coordinate the team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable. Understand stakeholders’ requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Identify opportunities to optimize and improve the platform’s performance, monitor usage, and assess potential risks. Contribute to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team, sharing knowledge and identifying areas for collective improvement. Manage the Dynatrace platform with a cross‑country team and collaborate with counterparts from multiple AXA entities. Ensure all monitoring requirements are met and contribute to observability needs, fulfilling Quality of Service requirements in various AXA GO and Opco business areas. Support transformation programs such as Harmony Pillar 5 and Atlas, and define the Dynatrace platform roadmap aligned with product vision and priorities. Qualifications In‑depth technical knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows) and related observability technologies. Ability to design and implement solutions that meet stakeholder needs, following secure, scalable, maintainable best practices. Familiarity with other monitoring, log‑analysis tools, data visualization, and performance monitoring. Leadership experience: leading a monitoring engineering team, providing technical guidance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Strong communication skills: translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and coordinating with cross‑functional teams. Proactive problem‑solving: identifying, researching, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging platform issues. Strategic thinking: contributing to platform strategy, long‑term planning, evidence‑based decision making, and balancing business goals with technical feasibility. Mentoring: coaching junior engineers, leading training programs, and fostering knowledge sharing.
