Job position pitch Job purpose The Dynatrace Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring. This role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure the technical capabilities align with the product vision, customer needs, and market trends. The Tech Lead coordinates a team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable. They translate stakeholders’ requirements into technical solutions, identify opportunities to optimize performance, monitor usage, and assess risks. The Tech Lead contributes to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement. Main missions Manage the Dynatrace platform, leading a team across countries and collaborating with AXA entities to meet monitoring requirements and observability needs across various business areas. Contribute to the platform’s Quality of Service and observability maturity; support transformation programs such as Harmony Pillar 5 and Atlas; define the Dynatrace roadmap aligned with product vision and AXA GO priorities. Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows) and related observability technologies. Ability to design secure, scalable, maintainable solutions; familiarity with other monitoring, log analysis, data visualization, and performance tools. Leadership: Lead a team of monitoring officers, provide technical guidance, ensure projects are on time and within scope, and foster continuous improvement. Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions; communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Problem-solving: Proactively identify issues, research solutions, analyze and resolve complex platform problems, and propose practical fixes. Strategic thinking: Contribute to platform strategy and long-term planning; balance business goals with technical feasibility; drive continuous improvement. Mentoring: Coach and mentor junior team members; create and lead training on the Dynatrace platform and related technologies; promote knowledge sharing and documentation. Expected Skills & Experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience On DYNATRACE Platform Lead technical activities related to Dynatrace platform delivery. Define and implement platform configurations; maintain up-to-date documentation (design, architecture, procedures). Regularly optimize platform performance for resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Implement upgrades, patches, and other enhancements; contribute to platform roadmap. Ensure security, risk, and data privacy compliance; communicate with the software editor. DYNATRACE Monitoring Capabilities Deployment Assess GO and Opcos’ observability and monitoring needs; design and onboard new scopes to the Dynatrace platform. Contribute to the end-to-end monitoring view by providing alerts and metrics related to covered scopes. Transformation / Innovation Contribute to the platform roadmap in line with Global Product vision and AXA GO priorities; continuous improvement and market/technology watch. Apply IT transformation in line with GO priorities (Agile, Digital). Participate in transformation and accelerator initiatives or programs. Technical Skills Strong understanding of monitoring tools, techniques, and methodologies. Extensive Dynatrace experience (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows); certification appreciated. Python scripting, Puppet knowledge; Scrum Agile and DevOps experience; project management skills. Familiarity with cloud environments and IT/datacenter architecture knowledge across network, infrastructure, middleware, identity management, and authentication. Soft Skills / Transversal Skills Leadership and team spirit; strategic vision; intrapreneurship. Coordinating international teams (Offshore/Nearshore); collaboration with GO departments, AXA entities, and external partners. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, influence, and collaboration skills. Continuous improvement and openness to innovations.
