COUNTER MANAGER
MISSION
The Counter Manager's mission is to oversee and direct the team in order to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the brand. He/she is the representative of the brand's values, sales targets and the level of service given to customers.
ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE / DEPENDENCY
Reporting to: Retail Area Manager
MAIN DUTIES
Ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Follow-up of the sales targets of the stand.
Monitoring of KPIs and individual team targets.
Guarantee the achievement of the point of sales' action plan.
Ensure the highest level of customer service and customer loyalty.
Suggest, promote, and implement action/improvement plans for the point of sales.
Establish corrective and follow-up action plans.
Ensure the brand's image and service guidelines are met.
Participate in the recruitment of promoters, replacements (summer, Christmas, or holiday temporary consultants) or new positions.
Coordinate schedules and planning to ensure the success of promotions.

PROFILE NEEDED
MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor's degree or professional higher education.
LANGUAGES: Advanced English; Spanish highly valued.
IT TOOLS: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Outlook.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
