ResponsabilidadesSupervisar al equipo de sala, ayudantes y limpieza, asegurando que todos cumplan los estándares de servicio.Coordinar la operativa diaria del restaurante y de la terraza, incluyendo inventario, suministros y limpieza.Planificar turnos y asignar tareas, garantizando suficiente personal en todo momento.Asegurar que los clientes reciban un servicio excelente y resolver incidencias de manera rápida y profesional.Formar y acompañar a nuevo personal, ofreciendo feedback continuo.Informar al Assistant Restaurant Manager o Restaurant Manager sobre cualquier incidencia, conflicto o necesidad de acción inmediata.
