This high-impact role is perfect for a strategic, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on building executive relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading complex digital transformation initiatives in the technology and engineering space.If you are motivated by results, passionate about platforms and data infrastructure, and want to make a tangible impact on clients’ technological transformation, this is your chance to shape the future of AI & Data platforms from day one.ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Director in Data Platform , you will :Client Acquisition & Revenue GrowthLead the identification, engagement, and acquisition of enterprise clients looking to optimize or transform their AI & Data platforms.Develop and execute strategic outbound initiatives, including executive-level networking, thought leadership engagements, and targeted outreach campaigns.Qualify and prioritize opportunities to align Visium’s platform engineering capabilities with client technology objectives.Solution Discovery & Client AlignmentConduct discovery meetings with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand critical technology challenges, platform requirements, and operational objectives.Shape tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate how Visium’s AI & Data platform solutions improve scalability, performance, and data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client projects and measurable impact.Leadership & Team DevelopmentMentor and develop junior business development and client engagement professionals, fostering commercial acumen and domain expertise in platform engineering.Drive a culture of collaboration across sales, delivery, and marketing teams to maximize client impact and market presence.Define performance goals, track progress, and share insights to optimize team effectiveness.Market Expertise & Strategic InsightsMaintain deep knowledge of AI & Data platforms, cloud infrastructure, data engineering best practices, and emerging technologies.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership and strategic insights that shape long-term technology partnerships.Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to design targeted campaigns, proposals, and solution offerings tailored to platform engineering challenges.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including :6–8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting with a focus on technology platforms, data engineering, or cloud infrastructure.Proven ability to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth in complex, technical environments.Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and fostering commercial and technical expertise.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and highly results-oriented.BenefitsWhat we offerA competitive compensation packageA yearly education budget to steep your learning curveA yearly sport budget because a fit body leads to a fit mindA flexible working culture because your work-life balance matters to usA position that enables you to have an impact on 1’000s of people, and the whole company's growth. xcskxlj An international, knowledgeable, and passionate team with a strong collaborative mindsetCheck our LinkedIn and website to learn more about us & don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
