Experteer OverviewIn this role you will manage expense accounting for BYD Spain and BYD Portugal, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations while supporting month-end close and expense analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor expense trends and drive process improvements. You will engage with ERP systems to maintain accurate data and collaborate with external accounting firms as needed. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to influence cost control in a global, fast-growing mobility leader. Compensaciones / Beneficios Review, validate and post employee expense reports (travel & entertainment, operational expenses) Ensure expense claims comply with policies and local regulations Process expense-related invoices and support accounts payable Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities Reconcile expense accounts and investigate variances Prepare and send expense documentation to accounting firm and assist in issue resolution Assist in preparing expense reports for management review Monitor expense trends and support budget tracking Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives Work with ERP and expense management systems (e.G., SAP, Helios) Maintain accurate expense master data and documentation Arrange travel policy and system training for employees Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and business teams on expense matters Assist with internal and external audits related to expenses Responsabilidades 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or expense accounting Solid understanding of expense accounting and accounts payable processes Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and month-end close Familiarity with IFRS and/or local GAAP (Spain/Portugal) is an advantage Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is required English fluent (mandatory); Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or multinational company is a plus Requisitos principales-
