Position: Customs BrokerLocation: MadridOverviewAIR GO is seeking a skilled Customs Broker to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with IOSS/H7 customs clearance processes, acquiring a well-rounded operational profile. You’ll work closely with our Operations and Customs teams to ensure smooth warehouse workflows and report any incidents to upper management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Management — Oversee daily warehouse activities with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.Customs Clearance Training — Engage in hands-on training to become proficient in E-commerce customs clearance processes; collaborate with our customs team to gain expertise in customs documentation and compliance.Process Optimization — Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements; partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.RequirementsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Schedule and AvailabilityThis role operates on a rotating shift basis, which means you may be scheduled for morning, afternoon, or night shifts depending on the month. You will have two consecutive days off each week, though these days may fall on weekdays instead of the weekend.
