Join us to work on the future of work: your next adventure awaitsWe are seeking an experienced Security Team Lead to improve our Information Security, product security and Compliance efforts.Responsibilities:Develop and enforce security policies and processes to protect against cyber threats.Oversee security risk assessments, monitoring, and incident response planning.Embed security principles in the product development lifecycle.Collaborate with legal and DPO teams to ensure business continuity.Develop metrics for board visibility on cybersecurity performance.Requirements:5+ years in information technology or cybersecurity roles1+ years as a Team Lead or ManagerExperience leading a teamExperience in scale-up or mid-sized company environmentsExperience in project conceptualization/management and roll-outNice to have:Application Security experienceThreat modellingAmazon Web Services (AWS)SIEM tool implementationsExperience with company certifications and GDPR implementationWhat we’re about:At Job&Talent, we're revolutionising the employment market globally.
