Tu misión será convertir cada interacción en una oportunidad para demostrar que en Cigna ponemos a las personas en el centro.**Principales responsabilidades:*** Serás el motor que impulsa a tu equipo hacia sus objetivos a través del seguimiento y control de KPI`s de las personas de tu equipo y del área.* Acompañarás a tu equipo en la consecución de sus objetivos individuales y del área, ofreciendo feedback constructivo y sesiones de coaching que impulsen su motivación, fomenten su desarrollo y les ayuden a superar sus retos y corregir sus fallos.* Fomentarás el trabajo en equipo, así como un entorno positivo, abierto y agradable* Atenderás dudas sobre políticas, procedimientos, uso de herramientas asegurando claridad y agilidad en el trabajo diario.* Contribuirás a la consecución de objetivos globales del Departamento.* Promoverás la filosofía Customer Centricity de Cigna* Interés en la gestión y el desarrollo profesional de las personas.* Se valorará positivamente el inglés.**Competencias clave:*** Proactividad y orientación a resultados.* Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.* Capacidad de resolución y toma de decisiones.* Empatía e inteligencia emocional.* Contrato indefinido y estabilidad laboral.* Modelo híbrido: 2 días en oficina y 3 en remoto.* Horarios rotativos de lunes a viernes de 08 a 16:45 o de 11:15 a 20 o bien de lunes a jueves de 9.00 a 18:00 y los viernes desde las 08 hasta las 15.45.* Paquete de beneficios muy completo: + Seguro médico, dental, de vida y visión. + Ayuda para comida y teletrabajo. + Tarjeta lanzadera, Gympass y programas de bienestar. + Apoyo para formación en idiomas y desarrollo profesional.Porque aquí tu liderazgo marca la diferencia.
