The responsibility of this team is to contribute to a strong control framework within ING. You will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services, designed to add value and improve ING Bank’s operations with scope in Spain & Portugal.CAS supports the organization to accomplish its mission and objectives through a systematic, documented approach to examine, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, control, and risk (management) processes, providing value-added recommendations which improve operating effectiveness as well as controlling risks more effectively.Our way of working is ambitious and strives to be best-in-class and looks for profiles with :Excellent learning capacity.Attention to detail.Strong analytical skills.A skeptical mind.Out-of-the-box thinking.The team of 7 in Madrid is directly responsible for ING Spain & Portugal. Also, as part of a global function, the team is available to support other audit teams in different locations.Your key responsibilities :Support audits, which means evaluating (and testing) the control environment over different products or processes.Collaborate in auditing fieldwork: participate in interviews with stakeholders, review documents, and perform tests.Collaborate in reporting activities: at the end of each audit, help to develop an audit report that helps ING to improve its control environment and mitigate risks raised by the audit team.What are we looking for?A bachelor’s or master’s degree.Excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must.Strong analytical skills.Problem-solving mindset.Well-developed cooperation and communication skills.Previous experience in auditing would be a big plus.What do we offer?The time you spend at work, the challenges you face or the lessons you get are very important, but… What about your personal life?
