Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Internal Auditor to join our CAS Team.

The responsibility of this team is Within the Corporate Audit Services (CAS) global internal audit function you will be part of an active and dynamic environment in which you will contribute to a strong control framework within ING. You will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services, designed to add value and improve ING Bank’s operations with scope in Spain & Portugal.

CAS supports the organization to accomplish its mission and objectives through a systematic, documented approach to examine, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, control, and risk (management) processes, providing value added recommendations which improve operating effectiveness as well as controlling risks more effectively.

The team of 7 in Madrid is directly responsible for ING Spain & Portugal. Also, as part of a global function, the team is available to support other audit teams in different locations.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Audit you will:

Depending on your experience you will support audits. This means that you will evaluate (and test) the control environment over different products or processes. This process includes:

- Planning: define the scope and identify risks, controls and focus areas.
- Fieldwork: you will conduct interviews with all kinds of stakeholders in the organisation, review of documents and perform tests.
- Reporting: at the end of each audit, you will help to develop an audit report that helps ING to improve its control environment and mitigate risks raised by the audit team.

We would give preference to a future team member who has the following:

- A bachelor or master’s degree and at least 3+ years of working experience.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must.

- Problem solving mindset.
- Well-developed cooperation and communication skills.
- Ability to work on an international level.
- It would be a big plus if you have:

- Working experience in:

- External audit firm (preferably big 4 firm)

- In an internal audit function.

- Experience with data analytic tools.

- CIA certification.

Estamos buscando un Auditor Interno de Negocios talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de CAS.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es: Dentro de la función de auditoría interna global de Corporate Audit Services (CAS), formarás parte de un entorno activo y dinámico en el que contribuirás a un sólido marco de control dentro de ING. Proporcionarás servicios de aseguramiento y consultoría independientes y objetivos, diseñados para añadir valor y mejorar las operaciones de ING Bank con alcance en España y Portugal.

CAS apoya a la organización en el cumplimiento de su misión y objetivos a través de un enfoque sistemático y documentado para examinar, evaluar y mejorar la eficacia de los procesos de gobernanza, control y gestión de riesgos, proporcionando recomendaciones de valor añadido que mejoran la eficacia operativa y controlan los riesgos de forma más eficaz.

El equipo de 7 personas en Madrid es el responsable directo de ING España y Portugal. Además, como parte de una función global, el equipo está disponible para apoyar a otros equipos de auditoría en diferentes ubicaciones.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como Auditoría, usted:

Dependiendo de su experiencia, apoyará las auditorías. Esto significa que evaluará (y probará) el entorno de control sobre diferentes productos o procesos. Este proceso incluye:

- Planificación: definir el alcance e identificar los riesgos, los controles y las áreas de enfoque.
- Trabajo de campo: realizarás entrevistas con todo tipo de actores de la organización, revisión de documentos y realización de pruebas.
- Informes: al final de cada auditoría, ayudarás a desarrollar un informe de auditoría que ayude a ING a mejorar su entorno de control y mitigar los riesgos planteados por el equipo de auditoría.

- Firma de auditoría externa (preferiblemente firma grande 4)

- En una función de auditoría interna.

- Experiencia con herramientas de análisis de datos.

- Certificación de la CIA.
