What You’ll Do Activities may vary depending on the individuals supported and the existing workload, and support assignments may change at any time. Provide high‑level executive support for assigned partners and other BCG departments as required Agenda and travel coordination: maintain partner’s calendar; schedule, coordinate and confirm appointments, interviews and meetings, anticipating problems in advance; make complicated travel arrangements. Communication Answer and screen telephone calls and take messages. Type correspondence, proposals, reports and other documents. Establish and maintain necessary filing systems for assigned partners. Client contacts over phone and e‑mail, setting up meetings, status follow‑up, building relationships. Maintain client‑ and other mailing lists in close coordination with the marketing department, contact outside vendors, negotiate prices and propose best options. Organize and attend meetings and conferences as appropriate Scheduling participants, booking meeting rooms, arranging for special equipment, ordering and setting up beverages and/or meals, capable of organizing the event from beginning to end with support of local departments. Budget and invoice assistance Assist with invoices and billing. Assist with budget tracking and other financial follow‑up. Team contribution Coordinate and cooperate with other EA’s to ensure high quality work. Support and back up other members of the EA team. Interact with other functions within own local office and the larger BCG community. What You’ll Bring Basic Job Requirements Fluent English and Spanish, both oral and written. Other languages will be valued. Preferably graduated from a Secretary School or FP. FP de grado superior en Administración y Finanzas. FP de grado superior en Asistencia a la Dirección. Willingness to learn and grow in a multinational, professional services environment. Strong organizational skills and affinity with IT supporting tools. Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs. Ability to combine a hands‑on attitude with attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Interest in learning BCG systems and processes. Who You’ll Work With Working as part of a team, provide high‑level executive and general office support in a demanding, fast‑paced professional services environment. The primary goals are to leverage the partners’ time, support the broader team, and successfully serve BCG’s clients. Additional info Preferably graduated from a Secretary School or FP. FP de grado superior en Administración y Finanzas. FP de grado superior en Asistencia a la Dirección. Vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy. No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain. Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships. Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required). Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.
