Responsibilities Architect the Dual‑Brand strategy, ensuring the personal and company brands reinforce each other without cannibalisation. Propose radical new formats such as documentaries, reality shows, and conceptual shorts that break the clichés of the self‑help industry. Define distinct editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn. Take full ownership of the content production chain: write hooks, storyboard narratives, and supervise final cuts to meet Paradox’s aesthetic standards. Source and manage external talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to bring concepts to life. Serve as the final quality gate for all content, ensuring every piece meets the “Paradox Standard.” Lead the internal content team (video editors, graphic designers, etc.), setting tone, culture, and excellence benchmarks. Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce acquisition‑focused assets for ads and analyse retention, CTR, CPL to iterate swiftly. Qualifications Proven content builder with a personal brand, YouTube channel, or media outlet that has reached 100k+ followers or millions of views. Experience managing a creative team and providing feedback that elevates content to masterpiece level. Elite scripting skills: demonstrated experience in writing hooks and long‑form narratives that keep audiences engaged for 20+ minutes. Performance fluency: expertise in driving business results through content (ads, launches, conversions). Personality Intolerant to mediocrity; obsessive about taste, detail, and aesthetic quality. Psychology‑obsessed; constantly analyses what drives clicks, shares, and emotions. “Doer” with authority: can take a concept from script to finished edit and everything in between. No ego, focused on impact; resilient when concepts fail and pivot quickly. Language French: Native / Bilingual English: Fluent; written and spoken communication in English.
