This is not a traditional marketing role—we need someone who lives on Crypto Twitter (X), Telegram, and Discord, stays ahead of trends, and knows how to craft content that gets engagement, builds community, and drives growth. As the Shitposting & Growth Strategist, your mission is to make IQ AI impossible to ignore. You’ll help shape our brand voice, create viral content, and engage with the crypto community in a way that feels organic, fun, and culturally relevant. Tasks Shitpost daily on Crypto Twitter (X) to engage, entertain, and educate the community Create viral memes, threads, and high-engagement posts that amplify the IQ AI brand Stay on top of crypto trends, narratives, and AI x blockchain discussions to position IQ AI at the center of the conversation Manage and grow IQ AI’s presence on X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord Help launch product updates, partnerships, and announcements in a way that fits the culture (no boring corporate PR posts) Collaborate with the team to experiment with content formats (AI-generated memes, videos, shitposts, engagement farming, etc.) Track and analyze what works and what doesn’t to optimize engagement Requirements Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, and engagement strategies A strong Twitter (X) presence (must include your handle in the application) Proven ability to create viral crypto content (share examples in your application) Sharp humor, great timing, and a natural instinct for what gets engagement Experience with Telegram, Discord, and Twitter community building Passion for AI, blockchain, and decentralized economies A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait for permission to drop a banger tweet Benefits A front-row seat to the AI x Blockchain revolution Competitive compensation + IQ token incentives Creative freedom to define how IQ AI engages the crypto world The chance to help build one of the most recognizable AI brands in Web3 Building a more intelligent future through the IQ token.
