Como parte del equipo de tecnología, tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos críticos que impactan a miles de usuarios a nivel nacional e internacional.# Resumen del puestoEl Software Engineering Manager será responsable de planificar, coordinar y ejecutar el desarrollo de productos y plataformas de CDMON. Dirigirá uno o varios equipos de ingenieros de software, asegurando la entrega de funcionalidades de alta calidad, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio y los estándares de seguridad y escalabilidad. Actuará como puente entre la dirección de producto, operaciones y los equipos de desarrollo, impulsando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, la mejora continua y el crecimiento profesional de su equipo.Responsabilidades claveLiderar, motivar y desarrollar a 6-12 ingenieros (frontend, backend, DevOps, QA).Realizar seguimiento de objetivos (OKR/KPI), revisiones de desempeño y planes de carrera.Definir el roadmap técnico junto al Product Owner y al equipo de Producto.Priorizar backlog, estimar esfuerzo y garantizar entregas dentro de los tiempos y presupuestos acordados.Aplicar metodologías ágiles (Scrum / Kanban) y asegurar la correcta ejecución de sprints.Supervisar la arquitectura de los sistemas críticos (hosting, panel de control, APIs, billing).Garantizar que el código cumpla con los estándares de calidad, seguridad y performance (code reviews, pruebas automatizadas, CI/CD).Comunicar progreso, riesgos y resultados a la alta dirección y a áreas transversales (Soporte, Seguridad, Marketing).Colaborar con equipos de Infraestructura y SRE para garantizar disponibilidad y escalabilidad.Identificar oportunidades de automatización, migración a la nube, microservicios y adopción de nuevas tecnologías.Promover la adopción de prácticas DevOps, observabilidad y métricas de rendimiento.Asegurar que los desarrollos cumplan con normativas y políticas internas de seguridad.Trabajar con el CISO y el equipo de Seguridad para realizar auditorías y mitigaciones.Perfil buscado## EducaciónGrado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones.
