We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize endpoint devices across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security. This position is based at our offices in Barcelona, Tarragona, or Madrid. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Implement and manage endpoint security solutions such as antivirus, anti-malware, encryption, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools. Monitor endpoint health, performance, and security status, proactively addressing issues. Develop and enforce endpoint security policies and best practices. Manage software updates, patches, and configurations to ensure devices are up-to-date and compliant. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate endpoint devices into the broader network and security infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to endpoint devices. Maintain inventory and documentation of all endpoint assets. Stay updated with the latest endpoint security threats and mitigation techniques. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in endpoint management, security, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.G., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Intune). Knowledge of security standards and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager, or equivalent. Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
