Language skills: C2 level of German and English. 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client‑facing experience, particularly in high‑stakes environments. Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results. Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes. Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences. Thrives in a goal‑oriented environment and contributes actively to team success. Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Self‑motivated and proactive, with a confident and determined mindset. Works independently while actively collaborating with team members. Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions. Skilled in conducting competitor analysis and identifying market trends to inform strategic positioning. Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high‑quality experiences.
