OverviewTake on a strategic and impactful role leading the Industrial RTLS division for Iberia. As a Regional Sales Manager at HID Global, you will be the go‑to expert for leading companies in Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy vehicle and other Manufacturing segments.Mission to improve safety, quality and efficiency using cutting‑edge indoor localization technologies and Digital Twin software.ResponsibilitiesEvangelize the market, develop local partner ecosystem, and close complex deals with multiple C‑level stakeholders in manufacturing and intralogistics .Be supported by fast growing marketing, sales and customer experience teams with scale‑up mindset and global corporation stability.Own revenue growth for HID Industrial RTLS solutions in Spain and Portugal.Act as a trusted advisor to industrial customers: understand their processes, identify use cases and translate them into high‑value RTLS and digitalization projects.Work closely with sales, marketing and CX teams to deliver compelling demos, pilots and value‑based proposals.Build territory strategy, keep pipeline and forecasts sharp and reliable in CRM.Qualifications5+ years in B2B tech/industrial sales or pre‑sales (SaaS, IIoT, Industrial Digitalization, complex solutions, Lean) consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Proven success in consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales with large industrial or manufacturing customers.Experience with Industry 4.0, MES/WMS/ERP, Lean or digital factory projects is a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage.Strategic, growing region: you can truly shape – Iberia is one of the key markets HID Industrial RTLS strategy.BenefitsGlobal brand, stability and international career paths.Competitive compensation package, flexible working setup and an inclusive, global culture.ApplyIf you are a senior, technically minded sales consultant with “hunter” personality, we’d love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
