Serve as domain experts and spokesperson(s) for a designated solution or product segment. Primarily responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies to ensure effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solution proposals for clients.Key Responsibilities and TasksDeal Support: Sculpt and deliver unparalleled sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions tailored for discerning audiences, including top-tier executives. Personalize materials, collaborate with VAT teams, curate and maintain an asset library, lead in-depth discovery sessions, devise customer roadmaps, enhance RFx completions, employ tools like SAP Virtual Studio and OBS technology, oversee smooth post-sale transitions, and create powerful narratives for high-profile events.Demand Generation: Play a pivotal role in demand generation by leading webinars, aligning with Marketing and DG priorities, advising in APM‑TPM positioning, crafting digital content to underscore unique selling propositions, and addressing core challenges of our target market.Digital Content for Customer‑Facing Situations: Curate and innovate digital content for customer‑facing situations, aligning content with advanced solution insights and market trends to address complex customer scenarios.Sales Enablement: Lead training sessions, impart nuanced understanding and actionable insights, ensuring the sales team can translate product functionalities into tangible benefits for clients.Experience and Language RequirementsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required. MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited university preferred.Distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise. Minimum 6 years in presales (preferably digital) technology consulting and/or a comparable customer‑facing role.Demonstrated proficiency in S4Hana Finance track. Knowledge of S4 Public Cloud is a huge asset.Fair knowledge of Treasury Cash Management and Financial consolidation is a plus.History of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement is a plus.Track record of successfully navigating complex digital solution presentations, adeptly handling technical challenges, and building collaborative bridges between sales technical and digital teams.Experience in driving digital transformation in presales, advocating for the adoption of innovative digital tools and steering teams through intricate digital sales cycles is imperative.Conversational fluency in English is a must.Communication skills in Arabic and African languages is a plus.Key SkillsSales Experience, ADAS, Customer Service, AI, Computer Skills, Retail Sales, Product Demos, Automotive Diagnostics, Automotive Repair, Business requirements, Cash Handling, Enterprise SalesLegal and Inclusion StatementsSAP is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
