Within our Power & Industrial Division , we are now looking for a Product Developer / Project Engineer based in Spain who wants to play an active role in shaping technically robust, customer-focused solutions with real environmental impact. Your Role & Impact As a Product Developer / Project Engineer , you will be a key technical partner throughout the full project lifecycle — from bidding and concept definition to product development and industrialisation. You will connect customers, engineering, operations, supply chain, product management and sales , ensuring solutions are not only technically sound, but also competitive, compliant and aligned with business goals. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, cross-functional collaboration and turning complex requirements into practical, high-quality solutions . What You Will Be Responsible For Engineering & Project Execution Deliver engineering activities on time and with high technical quality (calculations, functional descriptions, drawing reviews, documentation). Ensure compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements and applicable regulations. Product Development Define technical specifications and develop conceptual designs. Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate feasibility and performance. Lead prototyping and testing activities, driving continuous design improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing to define efficient production processes and optimise costs. Prepare technical documentation, specifications and certification dossiers. Support product launches and provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Sales & Customer Support Work closely with Sales teams during the bidding phase to clarify and validate technical requirements. Translate customer needs into achievable, competitive technical solutions. Standards & Contract Documentation Apply AAF standard procedures to meet both customer expectations and internal requirements. Prepare technical contract documentation, including clarifications, deviations and exceptions. What We Are Looking For Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 3–5 years of experience as a Product Developer or Project Engineer in an industrial or engineering environment. Solid understanding of engineering principles and methodologies. Ability to influence, communicate and collaborate across functions. Advanced English (C1) and Spanish required; additional languages are an advantage.
