Within our Power & Industrial Division , we are now looking for a Product Developer / Project Engineer based in Spain who wants to play an active role in shaping technically robust, customer-focused solutions with real environmental impact. As a Product Developer / Project Engineer , you will be a key technical partner throughout the full project lifecycle — from bidding and concept definition to product development and industrialisation. You will connect customers, engineering, operations, supply chain, product management and sales , ensuring solutions are not only technically sound, but also competitive, compliant and aligned with business goals. This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, cross-functional collaboration and turning complex requirements into practical, high-quality solutions . Engineering & Project Execution Deliver engineering activities on time and with high technical quality (calculations, functional descriptions, drawing reviews, documentation). Product Development Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate feasibility and performance. Lead prototyping and testing activities, driving continuous design improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing to define efficient production processes and optimise costs. Standards & Contract Documentation Prepare technical contract documentation, including clarifications, deviations and exceptions. Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. ~3–5 years of experience as a Product Developer or Project Engineer in an industrial or engineering environment. ~ Solid understanding of engineering principles and methodologies. ~ Advanced English (C1) and Spanish required; Professional Growth : access to a 24/7 online learning platform and opportunities to grow within an international organisation.
