Software Development Manager

In this role, you will lead the development of a new product initiative designed to help mid-market customers drive growth and improve lead conversion. You will manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team while owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution.
