Overview Head of content - EdTech (French fluent) role at Paradox EN. Remote work accepted; French and English fluency required. This is a full-time position guiding the Content Factory to transform a personal brand into a scalable company brand and to drive a movement through bold, innovative content. Architect the Dual-Brand Strategy to scale a personal brand while building and reinforcing the company brand without cannibalization. Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that disrupt standard self-help content. YouTube (Depth & Search), Instagram (Aesthetic & Vibe), LinkedIn (Authority & Authenticity). Own end-to-end production: write hooks, storyboard, direct, and ensure final output matches the vision; recruit and onboard required specialists (motion designers, drone operators, experts) as needed. Direct the Content Factory by setting tempo, culture, and standards of excellence; provide high-level artistic direction and quality checks against Paradox standards. Collaborate with Growth to treat content as a primary acquisition channel; analyze retention, CTR, and CPL to optimize performance and scale what works. Proven Content Builder: experience growing a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (e.g., Editorial Leadership: experience managing a creative team and giving feedback that elevates production quality. Elite Scripting Skills: demonstrated ability to craft compelling scripts and hooks for long-form content. Performance Fluency: experience delivering content that drives business results (ads, launches, conversions). Language: French native/bilingual; English fluent for collaboration; written communication in English. attention to detail in fonts, cuts, and headlines. able to pivot quickly based on data.
