You will define scope, coordinate delivery with stakeholders, IT and business teams, and ensure delivery within budget.How You’ll Make An Impact Identify innovation opportunities for digital technologies in Manufacturing & Quality areasAct as Technology Evangelist by demonstrating technical possibilities to business unitsPrepare business and technical concepts of potential solutionsCoordinate PoC preparation in collaboration with IT teamsDrive technical discussions between factory teams and within IT organizationTake responsibility for technical analysis and estimation processManage backlog, coordinate development and pilot deploymentsCoordinate work with other IT teams and external vendors to deliver solutionsOrganize on‑site workshops for factories focused on ideation and project realizationPropose how solutions could scale and how they should be maintainedYour background 3+ years of experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement in the manufacturing fieldExperience in Digital Quality Control and Predictive Maintenance is a plusGood understanding of IT and OT convergence in manufacturingGood communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersGood analytical skills to understand and gather requirementsEducation or experience in a relevant area as per role requirementsWillingness to learn and to test new toolsFluency in written and spoken EnglishMore About Us Flexible working timeFantastic career possibilities within Hitachi EnergyVarious trainings and education supporting employee developmentDiversified company with over 100 nationalities and a global network of specialistsFurther country‑specific benefits may applySeniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing; IT Services; IT ConsultingLocation Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
