The opportunity As IT Innovation Lead for Manufacturing & Quality (EMEA region), you will identify opportunities for innovative solutions related to manufacturing and quality. You will define scope, coordinate delivery with stakeholders, IT and business teams, and ensure delivery within budget. How You'll Make An Impact Identify innovation opportunities for digital technologies in Manufacturing & Quality areas Act as Technology Evangelist by demonstrating technical possibilities to business units Coordinate PoC preparation in collaboration with IT teams Drive technical discussions between factory teams and within IT organization Take responsibility for technical analysis and estimation process Manage backlog, coordinate development and pilot deployments Coordinate work with other IT teams and external vendors to deliver solutions Organize on‐site workshops for factories focused on ideation and project realization Your background 3+ years of experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement in the manufacturing field Experience in Digital Quality Control and Predictive Maintenance is a plus Good understanding of IT and OT convergence in manufacturing Willingness to learn and to test new tools Fluency in written and spoken English More About Us Flexible working time Fantastic career possibilities within Hitachi Energy Various trainings and education supporting employee development Diversified company with over 100 nationalities and a global network of specialists Seniority level Mid‐Senior level Employment type Full‐time Job function Information Technology Industries Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing; IT Services; IT Consulting
