Objetivo: Nuestro cliente ofrece una solución que conecta dos mundos: vuelo + hotel, integrada en el portal de reservas del hotel, pensada especialmente para hoteles vacacionales. Están cambiando cómo los hoteles venden, cómo monetizan y cómo controlan el canal directo. Buscamos a alguien con mentalidad de cazador/a, con una red real en el sector hotelero, que disfrute viajando, abriendo puertas y representando a la empresa en todo el mundo. Tu misión: Ser la persona que abre el mercado y lidera el crecimiento: desde conectar con directores comerciales del sector hotelero hasta evangelizar sobre el producto y cerrar acuerdos. Vas a formar parte de un proyecto nuevo, ambicioso y con proyección internacional (España + Latam). Funciones: Prospección y apertura de nuevas cuentas en destinos vacacionales. Gestión de una cartera clave de Directores Comerciales, Directores Generales, Revenue Managers y responsables de canal directo. Venta consultiva: no solo vender un producto, sino vender visión, conocimiento y estrategia. Presentación del value proposition y demostraciones con enfoque en impacto: conversión, revenue incremental y control del canal directo. Participar activamente en la definición de la estrategia comercial: segmentación, pitch, mensajes, posicionamiento y playbook. Estar presente en ferias, congresos y eventos del sector (FITUR, ITB, WTM, etc.) como representante de la empresa. Negociación y cierre de acuerdos con foco en resultados. Trabajo coordinado con producto y operaciones para mejorar la propuesta y elevar la experiencia del cliente. Reporte y seguimiento de pipeline (CRM), forecast y acciones comerciales medibles. Requisitos:Titulación universitaria. Perfil Hunter (muy orientado a abrir mercado y captación). Experiencia comercial B2B demostrable en sector turístico. Cartera activa y real de contactos: Directores Comerciales del sector hotelero. Preferiblemente experiencia en sector travel-tech orientadas a hotelería y canal directo. Alta capacidad de evangelización y comunicación. Muy acostumbrado/a a viajar y disponibilidad para viajar a Latinoamérica. Inglés fluido (nivel profesional real: reuniones, presentaciones y negociación). Autónomo/a, organizado/a y con mentalidad de startup: aquí tendrás libertad, pero también responsabilidad.
