Acting as a trusted point of contact, you’ll guide employees and managers through systems and policies, resolve queries on compensation, benefits, and leave, and ensure accurate data handling in global HR processes.You’ll also play a key role in harmonizing and digitalizing HR operations, contributing ideas and participating in initiatives that make processes simpler and more efficient for our employees and teams.Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to Own this role.
