Besides that you lead the development and execution of a multiyear technology strategy that directly supports business priorities. Provide program management and product governance for strategic initiatives manage vendor and pilot engagements and drive crossfunctional stakeholder alignment across EMEA. Measure and report on adoption ROI and operational impact while ensuring regulatory and data/privacy compliance; present concise strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of technology strategy aligned to business prioritiesDrive adoption tracking and regional/global alignment of the 3Year Strategy Plan and linkage to BP 2027Provide PMO functions for strategic programs/leadership: planning milestone management risk/issues tracking dependency management status reporting and meeting cadencesInstitutionalize Product Group governance: roadmaps pipeline management product boards and KPIsManage vendor selection partnerships and pilot programs; negotiate scope and success criteriaDrive stakeholder alignment across business leaders IT data science finance legal and operations through effective communication and governanceDefine success metrics and track ROI adoption and operational impact of deployed solutionsEnsure compliance with regulatory quality and data/privacy requirements relevant to pharmaceutical environments.Prepare and present concise updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipSteer a twoway Business Technology EMEA engagement platform to enhance communication in EMEAQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Life Sciences or related field.
