As the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, you’ll be responsible for delivering a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service across various channels.This is a customer-facing, inbound support role , ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and creating positive experiences. Whether you\u2019re working from our vibrant Barcelona office or part-time from home, you’ll be part of a supportive and multilingual environment.What You'll Do: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat , primarily in ItalianDeliver clear and accurate product or service informationTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiencyMaintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in internal systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, logistics, sales) to ensure fast and complete resolutionsStay informed about company offerings, updates, and proceduresMeet individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction and resolution speedWhat You Bring: Fluent Italian speaker (C2 level) – both spoken and writtenGood level of English (B2 or higher) for internal communicationPrior experience in customer support, contact center, or a service-related field is a plusStrong communication and active listening skillsAbility to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools (experience with Zendesk or similar is a bonus)Valid permit to work in Spain or EU citizenshipWhat We Offer: Competitive fixed salary + bonus potential based on performanceRelocation support for international candidatesPrivate health insuranceComprehensive onboarding and continuous learning opportunitiesCareer growth in a supportive and international teamModern office in central Barcelona with great amenitiesRegular team events, wellness activities, and free snacks/coffeeWorking Hours: Full-time: 40 hours per weekTypical shifts from Monday to Friday; occasional weekend or evening shifts depending on client/project needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
