We bridge the physical and digital worlds with cutting‑edge metrology, reality capture and positioning solutions – making industries and cities safer, smarter and more sustainable.Responsibilities Manage, optimise and technically support the HRIS systems, with a strong focus on hands‑on configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting and system enhancements.Shape and enhance the HR systems landscape (including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM) through hands‑on configuration, testing and ongoing optimisation activities.Maintain the HRIS system landscape, perform routine audits and control checks to detect and address data inconsistencies or errors within the HRIS, and generate reports to pinpoint data quality issues.Develop, document and maintain HR tool processes, procedures and data‑management practices, and identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency, process consistency and user satisfaction.Provide technical support to HR users and develop and deliver HRIS training programmes to ensure effective navigation of the system, utilisation of its functionalities and adherence to best practices.Employ VBA, Python, SQL or other scripting technologies to support automation, improve reporting and reduce manual processes.Identify and implement system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, stability and user experience.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical, technical system solutions.Support system upgrades, implementations and integrations through hands‑on testing, configuration, documentation and troubleshooting.Ensure data privacy and security by maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.Qualifications Proven experience managing and supporting HRIS systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or similar platforms.Practical experience participating in system implementations, with direct hands‑on configuration responsibility.Strong programming skills in VBA, Python, SQL or similar scripting languages.Understanding of HR data architecture, system integrations and data flows.Knowledge of HR processes and data‑management principles.Experience with testing, documentation and system optimisation.Benefits Permanent contract with stable employment conditions.Annual restaurant ticket valued at €2 420 net.Option to apply for private medical insurance with Adeslas.Modern office in an attractive location in Barcelona (5 minutes walking from Sants Train Station).Remote work policy: company provides €250 per year gross for internet and related expenses.Hybrid teleworking model with significant flexibility.Access to an online employee platform offering discounts on over 50 brands.We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
