Schedule: Regular weekdays (with occasional weekend availability). We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician with solid experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. Experience with collaborative robots is a strong plus. The role supports a high-demand environment in the automotive sector , working closely with the process engineering team . Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and collaborative robots Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures to ensure minimal downtime Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives , proposing and implementing solutions to reduce breakdowns and increase equipment efficiency Identify root causes of recurring issues and collaborate on long-term corrective actions Cooperate with process and production engineers on technical interventions Occasionally support weekend shifts when required (not the standard schedule) Support basic PLC troubleshooting (knowledge required, programming not necessary) Key Requirements: Proven experience in industrial maintenance in high-demand environments Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment Experience with collaborative robots is a strong advantage Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.) High resilience to pressure and fast-paced environments Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written) Additional Info: We are looking for candidates who come from high-volume production environments , not small workshops This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires technical versatility and adaptability What do we offer you?
