Following a €45M Series B round led by Dawn Capital, we are scaling our global presence and are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors. This isn’t a high-volume outbound sales role. We’re looking for someone who excels in consultative, technically complex sales - someone who can engage with technical decision-makers, understand their infrastructure challenges, and position Blackwall as the right solution. You’ll build strong commercial relationships, represent us with industry partners, and play a direct role in driving revenue and long-term growth. Role reports to: Sales Director Engagement type: Employment contract options are available in the UK, Spain, Germany, and Estonia - with freelance/contractor arrangements in the rest of the world. Location: Remote (within Europe) Compensation: Paid position; rate depends on experience and location What you’ll be doing: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, especially for technically sophisticated clients. Understand and translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Blackwall’s goals for market expansion and revenue growth. Identify and engage new business opportunities across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors. Build strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and IT leaders. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap. Represent Blackwall at key industry events and conferences across the region. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot). What you bring: 7+ years of sales, business development, or product experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors. Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers. Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; another language is a plus. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote‑first team. Previous experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical presales roles. Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure. Hands‑on experience with tools like HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
