The Role As the face of the company at the Alicante depot, you will report directly to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining the fleet of campervans, and managing all operational issues. Responsibilities Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests and manage check‑ins and check‑outs. Maintain the fleet, logistics, and ensure campervans are kept in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairs. Assist in training, supervising, and coaching team members. Control bookings, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services. Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare and clean campervans. Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers. Qualifications Travel enthusiast with experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rent‑a‑car (desired). Fluent in English and Spanish; language proficiency is mandatory. Eligible to work in Spain, holds a valid driver’s licence, and confident driving a campervan (mandatory). Available to work weekends and national holidays. Responsible, reliable, and serious about work. Well‑organised and able to solve problems.
