Support the SHEQ department in administrative processes that are related to the SHEQ system with the purpose to contribute to achieve the department goals.

Support the SHEQ department by administrative support for the implementation and maintenance of the SHEQ system with the purpose to contribute to achieve the department goals.
- Core activities:_
- Execute administration of the SHEQ department.
- Assist in SHEQ projects.
- Assist in the preparation of SHEQ audits.
- Transparent SHEQ administration and a content supervisor / department with the assistance offered.

**Skills & Requirements**:
**Knowledge/skills**:

- Vocational administrative education.
- Experience with keeping complex administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language in which country the function resides.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with SHEQ management or comparable work field.

**Further**:
You hold a degree in prevention of occupational risks, environmental managementor or quality, a related field.

Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written), as it is required for daily communication and coordination.
Experience working in international environments is highly valued, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt and thrive in diverse and dynamic settings.
You demonstrate key competencies such as strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments.
