This is a strategic and executional role that bridges performance marketing, creative production, and product growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the growth strategy on Google Ads, Applovin and other Ad Networks, combining strategic vision with channel expertise.Continuously optimize performance through systematic testing, iteration, and insight generation. Identify growth levers and scale what works.Collaborate closely with the product, creative, ASO, and data science teams.Champion structured experimentation — design meaningful tests, analyze results, and turn insights into actions.Contribute to team‑wide marketing strategy and knowledge — share insights, challenge assumptions, and raise the bar for campaign thinking and execution.Qualifications5+ years of performance marketing experience in mobile gaming.Proven track record of managing significant UA budgets and delivering measurable business growth.Solid understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem — including attribution, MMPs, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau or internal analytics systems.Passion for mobile gaming, sharp marketing intuition, and excellent communication skills — able to align teams around a shared vision.With an outstanding product and a mission that excites and inspires, Appodeal offers a unique opportunity to make an impact while being part of an amazing team.Join us and help shape the future of mobile app success#J-18808-Ljbffr
