An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our successful team at International College Spain, starting January 2026. We are seeking a dynamic, skilled HR professional passionate about supporting people and driving excellence in an international school environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a supportive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international employment practices, and internal policies. Oversee payroll administration, benefits coordination, and HRIS data integrity. Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with school goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an educational setting. Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset. Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and payroll processing. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices.
