Each cycle will deliver:Protocols: guided frameworks that rewire perception, emotion, and action.Loops: adaptive, AI-powered coaching cycles that evolve with each user.Personalization: experiences that feel uniquely theirs every time.AI agents: specialised agents that enhance the journey with actionable insights.Key responsibilities include:Own the learning architecture—from strategy to execution.Design the journey, not just the content.Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain.Ensure every feature supports the ecosystem: loops, PX agents, protocols, membership.Contribute to new course design and co‑creation with top performers.Write and optimize prompt chains, refine AI conversations until they feel human and transformative.Review, analyze, iterate, and measure transformation metrics.Conduct research to inform goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.Apply principles from behavioral science to drive daily practice and retention.QUALIFICATIONS3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).At least one major feature or product shipped end‑to‑end with measurable results.Comfortable with AI tools and Figma.Proven track record of designing digital learning experiences across multiple asset types.Portfolio of cinematic, narrative‑rich courses or learning programs.TRIBES OF TRAITSCraft‑obsessed, doer mentality, bias for outcomes.Strong writing and editorial skills.High aesthetic sense for course feel.User and impact obsessed, thinking in outcomes.Critical thinker capable of turning vague problems into clear hypotheses.Digital and AI savvy, ready to build or learn AI agents.LANGUAGEFrench: Native.
