Overview Applied Psychologist - AI x EdTech (French fluent) at Paradox EN We’re building a new category of learning experiences that fuse neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation. Our product is an operating system for greatness that allows people to rewire who they are. Mission As an Applied Psychologist you will bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to create cinematic, effective learning experiences that transform users. Your work will design guided protocols, AI-powered coaching cycles, personalizations, and agent conversations that drive deep transformation. Responsibilities Own the full learning system architecture and design the journey from concept to execution. Script engaging learning experiences that serve transformation, not just knowledge. Build AI conversations, loops, prompt chains, and refine agent tone. Analyze data, iterate, and optimize course performance and retention. Co‑create premium courses with experts and translate their genius into cinema‑style courses. Lead end‑to‑end design of courses, from strategy to final content delivery. Write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow until every exchange feels human and transformative. Qualifications 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, Transformational Education). Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across assets (video, articles, assessments, interactive experiences). At least one major feature or product shipped end‑to‑end with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and building AI agents. Strong writing skills and ability to produce high‑quality content. Strong aesthetic sensibility and passion for cinematic learning design.
