Responsabilités principalesAu sein de l’équipe marketing, tu es le/la spécialiste des tendances et des bonnes pratiques de création de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux.Tu réalises une veille quotidienne afin d’identifier les tendances, formats et codes créatifs les plus performants selon chaque plateforme et chaque catégorie de contenus.Tu consolides ces insights dans un benchmark structuré, d’où tu transformes des recommandations opérationnelles à destination de nos consultants marketing pour maximiser la visibilité et les ventes des livres de nos auteurs. Grâce à toi, les campagnes de lancement génèrent un volume de précommandes élevé dès les premiers jours.Créatif·ve et à l’aise avec les outils de production vidéo (formats courts, UGC, interviews, etc.), tu prends en main la création de contenus social media internalisée pour nos auteurs et pour DashBook.Tu analyses les performances des contenus publiés et réalises un reporting régulier, permettant d’optimiser en continu les stratégies social media.CompétencesCréativité, audace, rigueurEsprit d’équipeAisance relationnelle avec les auteursOrientation business & résultatsMaîtrise réseaux sociaux et tendancesCréation de contenus vidéo (tournage et outils de montage)Analyse des performances social mediaLanguesMaitrise de l’anglais ou de l’espagnol indispensable, en plus du français.SalaireSelon expérience + variable déplafonné.ExpérienceFort(e) d’une première expérience dans l’influence (agences, UGC) ou consulting marketing.LieuNos bureaux de Barcelone.#J-18808-Ljbffr
